GARRARD 202A

Garrard 202A- 1931 £2. 18s. 6d (£2. 10s. 0d in mid 1930’s). This was the first attempt at producing a budget electric motor.

  • “Rotor assembled to the governor shaft which in turn drove the turntable through a worm and fibre gear”
  • “4 coil, 4 pole stator in an enclosed cast iron case”
  • Mounted on Florentine bronze motor plate
  • Speed Indicator and fully automatic start & stop switch
