EXPERT Speakers

EXPERT designed the speaker cabinets and used quality speaker drivers made by reputable companies.

There were four basic designs:

• EXPERT Ensign: A baffle speaker at a low budget
• EXPERT Acoustic Column: This went through a few design changes before it became standard. The concept was to have a speaker with non-directional sound. The speaker driver was mounted vertically so the cone pointed up to the ceiling. Different diffusing reflectors were experimented with to achieve the non-directional principal.
• EXPERT All-Range: Often fitted with Tannoy Dual Concentric Speakers
• EXPERT Masterspeaker: Based on The Lowther P.W.1 designed by Paul Voigt
