The Mk IV is a regressive cabinet model with a small Papier Appliqué horn. At 12 guineas, probably the cheapest E.M.G and quite possibly a model that sold in larger numbers to the general public. It was supplied either with an E.M.G "Horseshoe" 2-spring soundbox or the cheaper Meltrope soundbox.
There are four Mk IV in this collection and predictably, no two are exactly the same.
